To ensure prompt service appointments are always encouraged but walk ins are accepted if there is time available. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card to reserve an appointment. Clients who repeatedly cancel or do not show up for an appointment may be asked to prepay future services. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. We appreciate your understanding.
